If you don't within 30 days, we will gladly take it back.
Contact us, and we will arrange for you to mail your ChargeCard(s) back. Once your return is received, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item and your refund will automatically be applied to your original method of payment. If 30 days have gone by, unfortunately we can't offer a refund.
If you find your ChargeCard(s) to be defective or damaged from causes in manufacturing or shipping, we will send a new one out right away. Sorry for the inconvenience and thanks for supporting.
